RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At PURPLE., each product is carefully inspected before shipping.
Please read the conditions below before submitting any return or exchange request.
RETURN PERIOD
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

unworn

unwashed
-
unstained
-
free of odors
-
undamaged
-
with original tags attached
-
in their original packaging
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
No refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
A product is considered defective if, upon receipt, it shows:

a hole, loose or damaged stitching

a printing defect
-
stains or marks
-
an item not in conformity with the order
The following are not considered defects:

incorrect size selection
-
subjective appreciation of the fit
-
color variations due to screen display
-
normal wear and tear or improper care
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when:

the size does not fit
-
the product does not meet expectations
• Return shipping costs are covered by PURPLE. only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
PROCEDURE FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Clear photos of the defect must be provided in order for the request to be processed.
If the request is approved:

a return shipping label will be provided by PURPLE.

an exchange or a refund will be offered depending on the situation
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
No size exchanges are offered.
For a size change, the customer must return the item in compliance with the return conditions and place a new order.
LOST PACKAGES
• If a package is lost by the carrier before delivery, an investigation will be opened.
After confirmation of the loss, PURPLE. will proceed with a refund or reshipment.
• If a package is marked as delivered but not received, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier.
A refund or reshipment will be issued only after confirmation of the loss by the carrier.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a package not collected from a pickup point, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
RETURN PROCEDURE
All return or exchange requests must be made exclusively via our WhatsApp link, available on the website.
No return requests will be processed by email.
Once the request has been approved by our customer service team, return instructions will be provided.
