Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Only items returned in perfect condition — unworn, undamaged, free of stains or odors, and accompanied by their original tags and original packaging — will be accepted.

Acceptance of a return is subject to receipt and inspection of the item, in accordance with the conditions above.
Any item returned that does not comply with the return conditions may be refused. No refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in the case of a damaged or defective product.
The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Clear photos of the defect must be provided in order for the request to be processed.

For a size change, customers are required to complete a compliant return and place a new order.
